I know... I think it'll be okay for the next couple of weeks, because they'll air the shows they've finished filming, and maybe it'll be over by then. But if this blog turns into a blog solely about The Bachelor, I will be so upset.
I understand why the WGA is on strike and support it. I know a lot of writers don't get paid anything and if I want to be a writer on a TV show one day (hey, it's an option) this is an important issue. And if it gets taken care of now, then I don't have to deal with it in that potential future. James Gunn (writer and director of various movies, but I heard of him because of Slither) wrote a long Myspace blog about it, and it really helped explain the issue.
Here, if anyone is interested: http://blog.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=blog.view&friendID=58119776&blogID=325719700 (As a forewarning, he doesn't have a very clean mouth, although in this post he's more professional and serious than usual.)

As soon as I heard about the SAG strike, I thought of you. Hope your new blog gets enough material to stay afloat.
